What's in My Makeup Pouch ♥ Summer/Vacation Edition

Now that I've returned from Mexico I'm going to share what make up products I took with me. I actually wanted to post this while I was in Mexico but I didn't have anywhere to take pictures so I just posted the blog posts that I had planned, which were many beauty reviews (sorry 'bout that).
I brought the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser as my face primer (best primer I've ever used). For concealer I brought again the Aritaum Full Cover Liquid Concealer as my overall concealer and the L'oreal Visible Lift CC Eye Yeux as my under eye concealer.
I used cushions everyday while in Mexico. I decided to bring my Lalavesi Akma Cushion and my Etude House Precious Mineral Cushion, which I didn't even use. I also brought the Etude House Zero Sebum Drying Powder for when I wanted a matte look.
For eyes I brought a bunch of eyeliners (for reviews) including the Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eyeliner, Bbia Last Auto Gel Eyeliner, and two Etude House Play 101 Pencil (1 and 8). The eyebrow product that I had in my makeup bag was the Etude House Drawing Eye Brow Pencil. I only brought one eye shadow palette, the Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette.
More eye products... I used the Etude House Dear Girls Cute Eyes Maker and Etude House Tear Eye Liner on my aegyo sal and inner corners. I used the Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer as a eye base. The Etude House Bling Bling Eye Stick I used over my eyelids as a eye shadow. Lastly the mascaras, I brought my favorite waterproof mascara, the Waterproof L'oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Rock. I also bought a new mascara to try, the Covergirl The Super Sizer.
Lip time! The bought two of the new Maybelline Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Gloss in Pink Pizazz and Pink-A-Boo. I also brought some Korean lip tints such as, the Aritaum Water Sliding Tint, Peripera's Peri's Tint and the Peri's Tint Water.

Summer Haul ♥ Mexico Vacation

It's finally the last day of July! That means its the last day of blogging everyday in July, I'm sad that it's over but yet at the same time I'm excited for a break! To conclude my blogging in July I will be sharing what I bought while in Mexico (this is also my last vacation post). I didn't buy too much in Mexico because a lot of things are more expensive in Mexico and I never usually buy too much while I'm on vacation as well. However, I did pick up a few things so I thought I would share what I got because I bought some really cute things.

I saw these adorable bear key chains at HM. They probably sell these at the american HM's but I went ahead and bought them because they looked saw cute! I clip these on my purses for a cute touch.

This is a Hello Kitty panty liner dispenser with actual Hello Kitty panty liners inside! This is my favorite purchase that I bought in Mexico!

Lastly, I picked up some nail polishes. I didn't bring any nail polishes with me so I had to go out and buy some when my nails started clipping. I found a Sally's Beauty store so I went in and came out with these two beauties. China Glaze's Too Yacht To Handle and Color Club Diggin The Dancing Queen.

Did you enjoy all the blog posts this month?

What's in My Bag ♥ Summer Edition

I've always wanted to post a what's in my bag/purse post but for whatever reason I haven't posted one, until now! I often switch in-and-out my bag and the contents in my bag so I think I might post a bag update every season just to share what bag essentials I'm carrying at that moment. With that said, let's take a look at what's in my summer bag!

Heart shaped sunglasses from Forever 21. A mechanical pencil and my blogging notebook, where I jot down all of my blog ideas. Birthday cake gourmet gum, I found this gum at Target and it's insanely delicious! Hello Breathe spray, I never use this but it might come in handy one day! *wink* Coola SPF 30 Organic Makeup Setting Spray, whenever I need to refresh my makeup I spritz this spray over my face. Ear-buds and my iPhone 6 in a cute Baymax case.

Makeup time! Softlips Lip Balm. Hello Kitty Hand Sanitizer. Oil-absorbing Sheets, for my oily needs. Tony Moly Hello Bunny Perfume Bar, smells like flowers! I switch out my lip products everyday but these three always seem to find a way back in my purse, Benefit Posie Balm, Peripera Peri's Tint Jelly and Carmex Moisture Plus Lip Balm. My trusty Lalavesi Akma Cushion. And finally, Tocca Green Tea and Lemon Hand Cream, for pampering my hands on-the-go!

Mexico Adventures ♥ Week Two

Here is week two of my two in a half vacation in Mexico. If you guys want to see a haul of things I bought while in Mexico let me know. Get ready to see lots of food pictures!

On Tuesday it was my birthday, so I went out with my cousin and younger sister to the giant mall we went last time (the one with the crochet shop). We shopped and ate coffee and crepes (as usually).

When we got home that night my birthday cake was waiting for me. It was a chocolate and vanilla marble tres leches cake.

The next time we went to another shopping area. I saw this cute cakes at a shop. They look delicious!

More cakes!

I bought this cookie from the cake store.

We got Starbucks one day and there venti cups are way smaller then the American ones! There "venti" is only 500 ml.

My grandma found my old baby blanket. I had so many memories with this blanket.

On one of the days we went to a very popular shopping plaza to buy gifts. I fell in love with this painting. I like how it's dark but can also symbolize romance.

These are Mexican gazpachos (not the soup version)! They are basically a variety of fruits (mango, pineapple, cucumber, watermelon, etc) in a cup mixed in with orange and lime juice and topped with cheese and spices. Sounds kind of gross (i actually just eat the fruit version) but they are incredibly popular in Morelia! There were so many people in line at this particular gazpacho stand. There were other vendors around the same area but this shop was by far the most popular.

I found macarons in Mexico!

Iced cappuccino decorated with a white chocolate and strawberry.

We went to El Mercado De Dulces (the candy market) on one of our last days to pick up souvenirs. There was so much candy!

These are candy that are thin sheets (like paper but thicker) that taste like nothing but they've been my favorite since I was little. I can't leave Mexico without a pack! They use to just sell them in circles but now they sell them in the shapes of cartoon characters!

The Mexican version of Choco Pies.

We visited a dog store on one of our last days. Look at these puppies!

So incredibly cute!

My sister holding the tiniest Yorkie I've ever seen! Sorry for the blurriness, he kept on moving!

My mother bought these cute mice shaped bread for my sister and I. They even had tails!

I found this adorable milk carton with a cute little cow so I had to buy it! It's suppose to taste like strawberry ice cream.

On our last night we got frappes. I drank a Oreo frappe, it wasn't that tasty...

My only picture of the famous Morelia, Mexico arches.

Look at all the colorful sushi rice!

My first picture in America! What a lovely sunset!

Going over a bridge in Mississippi. Finally going home!

Well that is all of my vacation photos! I hope you enjoyed my summer/vacation series!

July Birchbox ♥ Monthly Subscription

I was really looking forward to receiving my Birchbox this month because I was going on vacation and Birchbox always gives the best travel-size items. However, my Birchbox wasn't delivered until after I left so I didn't get to try any of this month's products until I came home. Which is a shame because these samples would've been perfect to use in Mexico, you will see why...

This month's theme is go bold! It's the season of taking chances!

Box overview

Macadamia Professional Weightless Moisture Leave-In Conditioning Mist Full-size, $22
Made with nourishing plant oils, this leave-in spritz detangles strands and prevents breakage.

Amika un.Done Texture Spray Full-size, $24
Styling spray that gives hair effortless, tousled volume, loads of shine, and a dreamy scent.

What is in this month's pillow pocket?

COOLA SPF 30 Organic Makeup Setting Spray Full-size, $36
Weightless, matte-finish mist that sets your look, hydrates skin, and blocks UV rays.

theBalm Cosmetics Balm Desert Full-size, $21
A blush and bronzer in one, this velvety powder gives a long-wearing, fresh-from-the-beach glow.

Stila Look At Me Liquid Lipstick Trio Set of 3, $20
This creamy formula glides on like a gloss yet lasts (and lasts and lasts) like a stain.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my July Birchbox. Like I said, It would've been handy to have had these beauty products in Mexico. I could have seen myself using 4 out of five of the samples, excluding the bronzer (I'm not a fan of bronzers). I certainly would've used the texture spray, liquid lipstick, Macadamia mist and setting spray!

What did you get in your July Birchbox?
