Beauty + Lifestyle Favorites ♥ June Favorites

Welcome back to another monthly favorites post! This time I'm posting my favorites early because I have something exciting planned on July 1st! This month I had a good amount of Korean beauty products, probably cause it's all I've been using lately. I also have one lifestyle favorite that I thought I would include since I rarely do lifestyle favorites posts anymore so I thought I would just merge both beauty and lifestyle favorites in one post. Enjoy!

Missha All-Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF 45 PA+++
Don't know why I haven't mentioned this sunscreen in a favorites post before, I mean I use it every single day! The formula is exceptional! It's light and sinks into your skin almost immediately. It also doesn't have that typical sunscreen smell, which I can't stand.

Lalavesi Akma Formula Base Cushion "Ice Cute" Special Limited Edition
Even though I almost sold this cushion I'm really glad to I decided to stick with it. The coverage is fantastic and it matches my skin tone almost exactly! A review for this product will be coming later this week.

Etude House Zero Sebum Drying Powder
I've had this powder for a while now but hadn't really used it too much. However, the past two weeks I've been using it a lot more (so that I could review it). On certain days this powder works better then others. But if you need a quick matte look for whatever, this is perfect for you.

Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer
I have very oily eyelids so I bought this because I heard it was good at preventing creases. And it is! I've used both the Urban Decay and Too Faced eye primers and I didn't like either too much but I love this one! You just have to make sure to cover your whole lid. If not there could be some smudging. That's why I cover my whole lid and brow bone.

Hard Candy Concealer-Cache-Imperfection in Light Pale
Ever since I learned you can use nude colored eyeliner pencils as concealer I've been using this Hard Candy concealer pencil a lot more. I have actually had this pencil for a while but never really used it before, until now. It's great at concealing humongous pimples and blemishes. I use this pencil to camouflage anything my cushion or concealer can't hide.

Tony Moly Backstage Gel Eyeliner
This Tony Moly gel eyeliner is incredibly famous in Korea. I was watching some Korean beauty videos and almost every beauty creator had at least used this eyeliner once so I had to get my hands on it! This stuff is absolutely amazing! The gel is soft as butter, making the application effortless. The staying power is tremendous too! Full review coming soon!

Vitafusion B12 Vitamin Energy Gummies
I can't shallow pills because I have an awful gag reflex so I'm thankful they have so many gummy vitamins now! B12 is great at improving your metabolism, digestion, brain function and your immune system. I read an article saying that vegans and vegetarians should take B12 because it's hard to find in most vegan-friendly foods. These gummies taste yummy and make taking vitamins fun and easy, like you're eating candy!

What are some of your beauty favorites you discovered in June?

Activewear Haul ♥ Fitness Friday

I've been really into activewear lately, to workout and just to lounge in! Sportswear is just so comfy and stretchy, I feel like I can live in this clothing! The past couple of weeks I've been collecting a few pieces and now I have a full drawer full of nothing but sports bras, leggings, tanks, etc. Today I am sharing a few of my favorite activewear pieces with you all for Forever 21, Victoria's Secret and Fabletics.

I was immediately drawn to this sports bra because of the lovely peach color and of the straps. The front has these two straps that peeks out, which looks cute under some of your tops. The back has a fun crisscross strap pattern. It fits true to size and the coverage is pretty good.

This bright mint sports bra caught my eyes because of the gorgeous color and because it's designed for yoga. I recommend you sizing up if you plan on buying this bra. The front part is also very strange. It's not sewn in the middle so the fabric tends to slide everywhere when you try to put it on. But once you get it on it looks really cute!

The cheapest bra of the bunch ($7). The coverage is light but it's true to size and comes in various colors.

Similar to the first sports bra this also has front straps (I think this may be a new trend) but these come up higher then the coral one. There is also a hole in the middle, which I don't really like (I have a fuller chest area and I find this uncomfortable). I bought this in a size medium, which is my regular size. However, I would you recommend you guys to size up because I sometimes struggle taking this off.

So, I bought these coral color block leggings to match the sports bra. They look fabulous together on! My only problem is that they are long (I'm 5'2 and they go way past my ankles). The fit is a tad bit snug for me but I don't think you should size up, if you are at the F21 store try them before you buy them.

Forever 21 tank tops are amazing! This is my second one and I love how comfy they are! The material is very breathable and fit nicely.

I got these two tank tops from Victoria's Secret during their semi-annual sale. The colors are bright and the sayings are cute! Yes, I'm a vegetarian and I'm wearing a bacon tank top, don't judge me! I bought it because I love blue and gray together!

Where do you buy your activewear from?

L'Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Rock Waterproof Mascara ♥ Beauty Review

I've never been a fan of waterproof mascaras because 1. they're so hard to take off and 2. most waterproof mascaras just lengthening lashes and 3. they constantly smudge and flake! With that said, I have found my absolute favorite waterproof mascara. It's the new L'Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga Rock Waterproof Mascara! I wasn't a big fan of the original Miss Manga mascara (it didn't do anything special) so I didn't have high exceptions for this mascara but I went ahead and bought it because I was curious of what the "rock effect" would look like on my lashes and boy did I love it!

Product description:
"Amplify eyes with voluminous miss manga rock, featuring a 360 degree spiked brush and mega-texturizing formula for a daring spiky finish from top to bottom. The result is super-changed lashes styled with rock attitude."

Pros:
- Nice formula
- Doesn't flake
- Doesn't smudge
- Lengthening
- Separates lashes
- Flares out lashes

Cons:
- Hard to remove (I can't seem to find a good waterproof remover)
- Not that voluminous
- Lashes droops after a few hours

My experience:
The formula of this mascara is really good. The brush has a slight cone look with little caterpillar bristles. This gives my lashes a flared out spiky lash look. It stays on pretty much all day without smudging or flaking. I only noticed a tad bit of flaking only once, but nothing very noticeable.

My only major problem with this mascara is that it's so hard to take off! Which is why I'm not a fan of waterproof mascara in the first place. But then again it's suppose to be a waterproof mascara so it does it's job. If any of you know of a waterproof makeup remover please let me know!

Would I recommend this product?
Yes! This is my favorite waterproof mascara I have ever tried! I'm planning to use the normal formula next!

Favorite Nail Polishes ♥ Summer Favorites

Summer is finally here! That means flashing neon colors, steaming hot weather and refreshing ice cream treats! Around summer time I love to wearing bright vivid colors on my nails. Today I'm sharing some of my favorite nail polishes that I will be wearing on my fingernails all summer long!

Zoya Arizona is a fun orange creme color that reminds me of the sunset. China Glaze Neon and On and On is such a lovely color but this nail polish is very VERY streaky but when applied correctly it's gorgeous! If you want to appear tanner a white polish like Sally Hansen White On is a summer essential. And of course I have to mention my favorite nail polish this year China Glaze Treble Maker!

My favorite turquoise blue nail polish is the Color Club Blue-Ming, it's so bright and beautiful! If I want a true blue I brush on Essie Strut Your Stuff . Zoya Kate was a limited edition nail polish that I got a few years ago. I adore the consistency of this nail polish because it has a jelly like formula that applies on smoothly and looks like gel. I'm currently wearing Essie Play Date on my nails. It's a lovely purple creme color that screams summer time!

What is your favorite summer nail polish?

6 New Fitness Goals ♥ Fitness Friday

So it's half way through the year and I thought it was time to switch up my fitness goals. Since the beginning of the year I've been using the same 10 goals and even though I haven't mastered these goals I thought I would fun to freshen things up and start another round in this fitness journey so here are my six new fitness goals.

1. Get up and move more
I spend a majority of my day either sitting or laying down on my bed. So in order to move more I'm going to incorporate some work out moves randomly into my routine.

2. Eat more veggies
I'm pretty good at eating fruit daily but when it comes to vegetables, I'm no rabbit! Now I love vegetables but I sometimes I forget to eat them daily so I'm challenging myself to start eating more veggies in my meal and as snacks.

3. Sleep earlier
Every couple of weeks I go through this weird sleep cycle where I can't sleep for some reason. As much as I love staying up all night I need to sleep! So I am going to go to bed earlier and so that I can wake up earlier and start my day out in a good mood.

4. Go to the gym
I hate the gym! Because I hate sweating in front of people and feel very uncomfortable showing too much skin in front of people (when wearing shorts and tank tops). I'm also afraid that there may be too many people (I'm slightly claustrophobic). However, my mom goes to the gym 2-3 times a week so I'm going to try and join her and get in some much needed cardio.

5. Share what I'm eating
If you follow my 365 challenge then you notice that I eat too many sweets, snacks and coffee! So I am going to snap photos of some of my favorite healthy meals and share them here on my blog every couple of weeks.

6. Consume less dairy
This year I've noticed that dairy just doesn't digest well in my stomach anymore. If I eat too much dairy on one day I become bloated and gassy. I don't know what happened because this time last year I wasn't like this. Maybe I'm slightly lactose intolerant? So I'm going and try to eat less dairy products. Now, I already drink almond milk but I'm looking for some tasty dairy-free yogurts and cheeses. If any og you have any suggestions please let me know!

How are your fitness goals coming along?

Korean Beauty Haul ♥ Etude House

Over the past few weeks I've been buying Korean makeup like crazy (expect a lot of hauls/reviews coming soon). Today I am sharing part 1 of my Korean beauty haul and it's all on Etude House products. I ordered one order from the Etude House official website and received a few more packets from other sellers on Ebay. Let's see what I got!

The main reason I placed a order from Etude House was because they were having a sale on their Play 101 Pencils. I recently became obsessed with the 101 eye liner after watching Pony's videos of her using the pencils in various ways. I order the colors 8 (matte), 16 (creamy), 18 (matte) and 49 (creamy).

I also ordered the Proof 10 Eye Primer and Kissful Lip Care Lip Corrector. I heard these two products were very popular so I'm excited to try them out.

My old Precious Mineral Any Cushion was running low so I decided to buy refill. I also bought two of the any air puffs because the one in my old cushion is really gross and it needed to replace it.

Lastly, I bought a new cushion case because I really hated how plain and boring the packaging the Precious Mineral Cushion case is so I decide to buy one of the cute ones that recently came out.

In case you ever wondered what the cushion refills look like here are some pictures. It's so easy in insert them in the case!

Etude House was having a special promotion at the time I was ordering that if you bought a precious mineral cushion you would get a free cushion decoration kit. So I bought my younger sister a cushion and I kept the kit for myself. I'm so excited to decorate my case! I'll make a post with more pictures soon!

What Etude House products have you tried?

I haven't bought a Japanese fashion magazine in a while so I decided to pick up Popteen's 2015 June issue because the cover look really adorable! I don't usually buy Popteen magazines that often even though I love their style! Japanese magazine's in general have soooo many outfit ideas on how you can plan your outfit, plus their layouts are insanely cute! Today I wanted to share a few of my favorite pages from this issue.

This issue came with an incredibly cute bear couple pouch by Spinns! So cute!

There is even a Sailor Moon 4-page spread! I don't what's it about....possibly exercising? If you read Japanese, let me know.

Vixx, Block B and U-Kiss (not pictured) are even in this issue!
