My First Alpacasso (Rosy61987 Review)

Today I have a really cute and fun post for you. It's on my first alpacasso/arpakasso! I've always wanted to adopt an alpacasso but they are kind of expensive for a plushie but I finally sucked it up and bought myself this one from Rosy's Garden on Storenvy. Rosy's Garden is highly recommend by a lot of alpacasso owner's because her alpacasso's are authentic and affordable, so I went ahead and purchased my alpacasso from her.

This is the first thing I saw when I opened the box, a cute pink bunny bag! My alpacasso came tucked inside this adorable bag.

Here's more pictures of the bag, it's so cute I had to take pictures!

Here she is! I got the Alpaca Kids Caffe Cafe Maid, I got the white maid and she is 36cm tall. She is so soft, big, and cute! She is bigger then I thought she would be (bigger then my Pinkie Pie from Build-A-Bear).

She also comes with a removable pink stripe maid's apron.

It comes with a tag so that you know it's an authentic alpacasso. They're are so many fake alpacasso's online so I'm really glad to see that I got a real one.

Rosy also sent this goodie bag full of extras!

Inside the bag was a towel and three really cute scrunchies!

Overall I'm really satisfied with my purchase. The alpacasso with shipping cost $48 which I think is totally worth it because she is a real alpacasso and is really big and also came with extra goodies! It took three weeks for the package to come in the mail, Rosy ships from Hong Kong. The box came beat up (but that was probably the postman's fault) but everything was safe inside. If you want your own alpacasso check out Rosy's storenvy and adopt an alpacasso!

ModCloth Stylish Surprise Unboxing

Every year Modcloth comes out with their Stylish Surprise bags so this year I thought I would try my luck and picked up two. If you are not familiar with Modcloth's Stylish Surprise it's basically where you can get one article of clothing (you can also get shoes) for $10 and it's all random so you don't know what you get!
To see what I got keeping reading!

I saw the apparel stylish surprise first and it was this red and black aztec print 3/4 sleeve blouse. I didn't really like this top because it's not my style so I gave it to my sister because she liked it.

I also got a shoe grab bag because I love ModCloth shoes and thought I would get a pretty amazing pair of shoes, plush $10 for shoes is a great deal!

When I first saw these boots they totally reminded me of a pirate or that cat from Sherk. I also didn't like these. I'm not a big fan of tall boots since I'm only 5'2 they make me look even shorter. So I will also be giving these away probably to my mom because she likes boots.

Overall I was pretty disappointed with my first Stylish Surprise order. I was hoping for a cute dress or something but I got pieces instead. Would I buy another one? Yes! because the anticipation of not knowing what you are going to get is fun, it's like Christmas!

What did you get in your Stylish Surprise bag?

Spring Outfits Ideas

I haven't posted a outfit ideas post in a while so I thought it was about time for another! These outfits are inspired by Spring, florals, and festival flocks seen at those outdoor music concerts that hipsters go to around this time. Enjoy and remember to let me know which outfit is your favorite!

Festive floral
Starting off with my favorite outfit! I also been loving the floral maxi skirts I've been seeing in stores lately. I definitely think these will be big trend this spring! If you're short a maxi may sound like being swallowed by an ocean but just pair some super high platforms and you are good to go!

Peachy keen
This outfit is perfect when going out shopping and/or grabbing lunch. I paired a cheeky sweater with a floral skirt and matched a mint colored bag with the shoes. For those who don't know I love color matching but I try not to make it too obvious sometimes because I know that drives some people nuts but I had to include this outfit!

Festival fun
Another spring trend that I've been seeing lately are floral kimonos! I thought at first they just looked like silky pajamas that you can slid off the bed as a younger child (did anybody else do that?) but I've actually seen some pretty cute ones! I think a floral kimono would looked amazing paired with a crop top and some pants or shorts.

Untitled #61
I love pairing sweaters and skirts together for some reason I just think that they're a great spring combo because you finally bare some skin for the warmer weather but it's still not too hot outside so you can stay tucked inside a cozy sweater.

Which outfit is your favorite?

BH Cosmetics That's Heart Palette

Hello guys! Sorry for the lack of posts lately I've been sick for the past week and didn't have the energy to type up anything for my blog. So I apologize and I will resume to my regular blogging schedule starting with today's post which is on the BH Cosmetics That's Heart palette and brush set. I've been a viewer of That's Heart for a long time and enjoying watching her videos on Youtube so when I heard that she had her own makeup palette I had to get it! A few weeks ago the palette was on a deal where you could get a free 12 pc brush set so of course I took advantage of this deal and got the brush set!

Here a look at the palette first off the packaging is adorable! This palette has everything 8 eyeshadows (4 neutral and 4 colorful), a cute pink blush, and a bronzer/highlighter. Another cute thing that I love are the lacy scallop edges around the shadows and blush. So cute!
This is the brush set that I got with my palette. Inside this salmon colored leather pouch comes with 12 pc brush set. I was pretty surprised how long these brushes are I thought they would be small or cheaply made but they actually look like they are nice quality, plus they're really cute!

You can buy the 12 pc brush set here

Overall I am completely happy with my BH Cosmetics purchase. The That's Heart palette is so cute and I can't wait to use it along with the brushes!

NOTD: St. Patty's Day

I was suppose to post this up yesterday on St. Patrick's Day as soon as I came home from work but I was really tired and slept as soon as I hit my bed and by the time I woke up it was around midnight so I decided to post it today instead. This is my special St. Patty's Day manicure I did for yesterday. It was really simple to create and looks lovely on the nails.

I used China Glaze's Gaga For Green and Zoya's Ziv

After I applied my base coat I painted my nails green and waited for them to dry before moving to the next step. Next I painted half of my nail gold and with a makeup sponge I place a bit of the gold nail polish on the sponge and then dabbed the sponge in between the green and gold to blend and to remove the harsh line.

What did you guys do on St. Patrick's Day?

What's In My Makeup Bag

Ever wondered what I carried in my makeup bag? Well you're in luck! Because today's post is on what I carry in my makeup bag when I'm out and about. Enjoy!

First off, I have these sample size BB and CC creams that I got in my Birchbox from a while ago. I like to have miniature size products in my makeup bag in case I forget to do my makeup and want to do later.

Of course I need a cute compact so I keep my Archie's Girls compact stashed inside. I also have a travel friendly mascara and a few concealers.

Here are some more sample size products, a highlighter and blush that I double up as a eye shadow sometimes. I always carry a set of blotting sheets with me just in case.

I always hoard loads of different lip products in my bag. These are the ones that I've been using the most. The macaron lip balm is from It's Skin and smells like strawberries!

Lastly I keep a mini set of brushes in my makeup bag. These come in handy when I want to touch up on powder or something.

What do you keep in your bag?
