What I Did On Thanksgiving

I wanted to do one of those photo an hour posts so I decided to do one yesterday on Thanksgiving. Let me know if you guys would like to see more of these posts.

8AM - Wake up!
9AM - My dad decided to start putting together the Christmas tree. I was also watching the Macy's parade around this time.

10AM - Still putting up the tree...

11AM - Decorating the tree!

12PM - Watching the dog show thing that they show after the Macy's parade. Look at that cutie!

1PM - Making tofurky! It only takes an hour to cook it so that's why I made it late.

2PM - I also made a sweet potato casserole! This was my first time ever making/tasting one but it came out really good!

3PM - Getting ready...

4PM - Playing Animal Crossing and waiting to eat.

5PM - Eating! Yum!

6PM - Dessert! My mom made a pumpkin moose custard thing.

7PM - Painting my nails and watching the Lady Gaga Muppet's special.

8PM - Listening to music. I am obsessed with this song (I have it on repeat as I type)!

9PM - Working on some DIY's for 12 days of DIY (which will start on Sunday).

How was your Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving Day Outfit Ideas

Happy Thanksgiving Eve! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving where you will be stuffing your mouth with yummy fattening goodies (remember to get in a workout tonight)! I am having a quite Thanksgiving this year, it's just going to be me and family and food maybe we might do something else who knows. Anyways, I put together some cute Thanksgiving outfits ideas for you guys. Down below I listed some outfits for any possible Thanksgiving Day situation you may be in tomorrow. Enjoy!

Thanksgiving Party Outfit
If you are getting the family together and celebrating it at one of your relatives house I would suggest you wear a comfy sweater on top (to store your food baby later), a cute skirt, tights, and add on some cute accessories to complete your outfit!

Going Out Outfit
If you are going out to a movie or something I would wear a cute coat, warm hat, and some booties for an adorable look! I added a dress underneath (because I tend to overdress a lot) but you can wear whatever you want!

Black Friday Shopping
If you are one of the many who are waking up at 1am to go go Black Friday shopping first off be safe (you never know what crazies are going to do)! If I were to go Black Friday shopping I would wear some black pants, a sweater, a beanie, scarf, and some cute boots. Oh and remember to grab some coffee (you will need it)!

What are you doing this Thanksgiving?

Review: Let The Good Times Roll Cleanser

I haven't done a review in a long time, which surprises me because I have so many things to review! So today I will be reviewing the LUSH Let The Good Times Roll cleanser. I've been using this cleanser for the past month and here are my thoughts on it...

What it claims to do:
"A luxuriously soft and sweetly-scented cleanser, Let The Good Times Roll is made with maize flour and corn meal to gently exfoliate. and a dash of cinnamon powder to cleanse and warm cold winter skin."

- Smells delicious
- Lightly exfoliates
- Gentle
- Makes skin smooth and soft
- Doesn't make me breakout

- Expensive

My experience:
I started using this in the beginning of November and immediately feel in love with the sweet smelling aroma (It totally reminds me of a Mexican pastry)! The cleanser itself is gentle enough to use on a daily basis and leaves your skin clean, clear, and glowing! I love this cleanser so much I'm so glad they made it a part of LUSH's permanent cleanser range!

Would I recommend this?
Yes! Not only does this cleanser smell absolutely delicious but I hear it works with almost every skin type so I would highly recommend this cleanser to you guys!

My Experiences With JustFab

The past couple of days have been pretty lousy and I really haven't felt like blogging because I've been planning out my "12 Days of DIY" (which will take place in less then 2 weeks!) and well...lazy. Anyways, I didn't want to go another day without blogging so instead I am going to be posting a rant post on JustFab

You may have heard of JustFab before if you follow some fashion bloggers or beauty gurus on Youtube, they also advertise a lot on TV and online. But if your not familiar with JustFab it's one of those websites where you take a style quiz and they send you a monthly selection of handpicked fashion goodies based on the results of the quiz. I use to like JustFab but there were things that annoyed me like the fact that you have to skip between the 1st and 5th of the month or you will be charged $39.95 in exchanged for one of their member credits that can used to purchase one of their items from JustFab. I have ordered from JustFab before I've order shoes and handbags from them and while the shoes arrived with no problems when the bag came there was a problem with a lock that came with it. I emailed them straight away and never heard a response I figured that I could simply super glue the lock together and never bothered to email them again.

But recently something about Just Fab really got on my nerves which is why I am typing up this post for you guys. Like I said earlier you have five days to skip or you will be charged $39.95 and get a shopping credit to spend in there shop. I was really busy earlier this month and forgot to skip so I decided to livechat with them, which by the way took at least an hour to start the livechat with someone! Then when I explained what had happen they said that because I was a VIP member I couldn't get a refund and that they couldn't help me. This really got on my nerves. First, you can't give me a refund because I didn't have time to skip this month? I've had this problem before with other companies and they understood me and gave me a refund the first time I ask but with JustFab I asked about 3 different times and they all said the same thing and couldn't refund me. WHAT A CLEVER WAY OF SMUGGLING MONEY AWAY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS, JUSTFAB! Next, the whole "VIP member" thing is stupid I looked up what the benefits of being a VIP member is and there is nothing different from a regular member they just added VIP to make you feel special but there is nothing special about it at all!

So now I have a shopping credit for JustFab which I don't want to use (because nothing from their shop interests me anymore) I will probably end up using though and give it to someone else as a Christmas gift but after I do use it I will be canceling my account with them for sure. Anyways, that's all I have to say about JustFab. I don't like making posts like this because I feel so negative afterwards but honestly this has been getting under my skin for the past few days and I feel like I should warn you guys just in case you are interested in purchasing from JustFab in the future.

My Christmas Wishlist

My Christmas Wishlist
At first I thought it was too early to put up my Christmas wishlist but since everybody else is in such a rush to celebrate the holiday season I decided to put it up anyway. Most of these things are from some of my previous monthly wishlists and since I never bought any of these items myself why not just ask them for Christmas? Overall I'm a pretty easy person to shop for if it's cute or Hello Kitty related I will probably love it!

For electronic related things I'm asking for a Fujifilm Instax Camera, a Canon EOS Rebel T3 Camera, and a Wacom Bamboo Connect Tablet. I never ask for shoes but lately I've been going gaga for some custom made Timberlands (I really want pink ones). As for beauty things I've been asking for a Clarisonic almost every Christmas and Birthday for the past few years so I really hope I can score one this year! I starting to get addicted to LUSH so a gift set from them would be nice too. Lastly, I included two books The Rookie Yearbook and Manga for Beginners Kawaii these books so cute so I would love either one!

I don't expect to get all these things for Christmas but it would be nice if I at least get one (or two) things. However, the holidays are to spend time with loved ones not about presents. It's always better to give to get!

Happy Holidays!

Renewed Listings (plus a Coupon Code)

Hey guys I hope you are having an amazing weekend! The other day I renewed some listings in my shop. These items are from last year but they are still some of my favorite things I've post far (because they're so freakin cute)! Speaking of cute things I will be posting a few new items in my shop sometime next week just in time for Christmas! I will be posting another blog post next week to reveal the finished products along with details on Christmas shipping.

Surprise! I also have a coupon code for you guys! Use the code "thanks" to get 10% off your next MooeyAndFriends order! I will be leaving this code up until Thanksgiving so if you want to pick up something from my shop now is the time to do so.

Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue Collection

I am a huge fan of Maybelline Baby Lips so when I heard that they came out with a new collection I had to collect them all! The new Baby Lips Dr. Rescue line has a medicated formula infused into the lip balm to help soothe sore lips. When I heard that theses were medicated I was extremely excited but I wasn't happy about the smell of these, they smell like straight up cough drops!

(Left to right) Just Peachy, Pink Me Up, Berry Soft, Soothing Sorbet, and Too Cool.

Just Peachy: This gives off a soft pale peach on the lips.

Pink Me Up: A light peppy pink color.

Berry Soft: A dark plum-berry shade.

Soothing Sorbet: A vivid raspberry lip balm.

Too Cool: A clear lip balm to give off a natural look.

Coral Crave: A tangy pinkish coral lip color.

Have you tried any of the Maybelline Dr.Rescue Baby Lips?
